Sometimes, especially when you're visiting Jordan for the first time, it can be a bit challenging to figure out the easiest way to get to Wadi Rum. From Aqaba, getting to Wadi Rum by a Jett bus is relatively straightforward, but from Petra and Amman, finding direct bus transportation can be difficult.

Wadi Rum is located about 70 kilometres from Aqaba, and it takes about one hour to travel from there to Wadi Rum Village by car. Check the current schedule and prices of the Jett bus here.

If you prefer not to rely on the bus schedule, or you are part of a large group, the best option to get from Aqaba to Wadi Rum is by taxi.
